Noticed some exciting work happening at the museum recently? 👷‍♂️

We recently said goodbye to our old toilet block, ready for a shiny new one to be built over the coming months 😍

The new accessible toilets at the museum entrance will deliver an upgrade to the facilities, including a Changing Places toilet for disabled visitors.

Taking place on Friday 17–Sunday 19 May 2024, the inspiring festival is back with live storytelling, folk traditions, music, dance and activities for families and adults alike. 📖

Camping is available in the picturesque surroundings of the museum, giving you a chance to experience it out of hours 🌜

We've been using Suffolk chocolate today! 🍫

We're excited to be using this delicious 70% Tumaco Columbian Couverture from local producer @tosierchocolate in our festive truffle workshop this weekend 😋

Couverture is chocolate that contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter than regular baking or eating chocolate to give a creamy mellow flavor.

Our truffle making workshop is now sold out, but if you want to get involved with Christmas cooking there are limited spaces left on our mince pie workshop! Head to our website to book.
