Corporate Volunteering
We offer corporate volunteering opportunities at our site in Suffolk for groups wishing to have a fun day building up their teamwork skills, whilst making a difference to the community. We can offer full or half-day visits depending on what would suit your company best.
As the largest independent museum in Suffolk, we are fortunate at the Food Museum to have 84 acres of land and to hold over 40,000 artefacts. Our corporate volunteer groups make a valuable impact to the museum, working together on a wide variety of tasks including:
- Helping out on the estate
- Documenting and photographing our collections
- Helping out with events at the museum
Throughout your time with us you will be supported and led by members of staff who will be on hand to answer any questions. Catering for your day can also be provided from our in-house café, where we serve delicious, seasonal food, with much of our produce sourced locally.
