Easter Breads with Giovanni Di Sarno | Sunday 22 March 10am–4pm
Learn to make a selection of sweet and savoury Easter breads from across Europe with master baker and Real Bread Ambassador Giovanni Di Sarno.
During the workshop you will make traditional Easter breads from around the world including:
Paska – a traditional Ukrainian sweet bread enriched with vanilla, ginger and citrus juice.
Casatiello – a savoury Italian bread filled with salami, pancetta, mature cheese, black pepper and eggs.
Osterpinze – an Austrian sweet and lightly spiced bread with white wine and sultanas.
Pääsiäisleipä – a Finnish bread made to celebrate spring, scented with cardamom, lemon and orange.
£120 per person, lunch included.
