Introduction to Sourdough Workshop

Saturday 11th October and Sunday 12th October
This day-and-a-half workshop will guide you through everything you need to know to start Sourdough baking at home. You’ll learn how to create and feed your own starter, and how to mix, prove and bake your own perfectly crisp loaves using flour milled at the museum.

In addition to practical lessons, Giovanni will explain a theoretical grounding of expert baking.
The workshop will take place in our fantastic gallery kitchen surrounded by our annual exhibition, and you will be provided with lunch and refreshments on Saturday from 13:00-14:00.
