IFST Food Science Discovery Day

Explore the science behind how our food is made and sample delicious tasters!

The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) presents the second ‘Food Science Discovery Day’! Join local producers at the Food Museum to discover food science and technology and how it has changed our lives over the past 60 years.

Visitors will be able to explore stalls in our medieval barn from food manufacturers and take part the interactive activities to learn more about how our food is made. Talk to local producers and food scientists, try tasters and discover the science behind what we eat.
