About this objectA binder knotter mechanism, from a MASSEY-HARRIS binder, made of cast steel and wood. The binder is yellow in colour and mounted on a green, wooden stand that bears the words 'Massey-Harris' in yellow and black. This object was used for instructing students at the West Suffolk Agricultural Instritiue, Chadacre, until the binder was removed from the syllabus of the City and Guilds Examinations.
