About this objectThis was used at Goodies and Grove Farm, Wissington, by the donor's father. Before the war he kept a flock of pedigree Southdown sheep and the turnip chopper was used to chop large mangolds to feed them. This was done in the spring to eke out the early grass and also at lambing time.
