About this objectThis is a fine quality, cream blouse, double breasted in style, with a rever collar. It has two sets of two buttons to give the double breasted style, and one small button and press stud fastening at the waist, which is gathered in by encased elastic. The sleeves are long, with two buttons on each cuff. It also has a small label at the neck, giving the collar size.
This is part of the collection of clothes belonging to Misses D. and M. Burling, of Cambridgeshire, who were aunts of the donor,. The clothes were by the Hancock family in 1850/ 1900, who were members of a farming family.
