Name/TitleSewing needle
About this objectThe sewing needle is designed to take a silver wire lying in a groove almost the length of the 8 cm. needle. The needle itself lies within a brass screw, which screws into the black (possibly ebony) handle. The ebony wood flanks both sides of the steel structure of the handle, held both side by 5 small rivets. When not in use, the needle packs in reverse position in the handle itself.
