About this objectThis is a leather harness strap with a buckle at one end and 5 holes at the other end. It passed through the horses harness and it's job was to loop through the pole or shaft which attached the horse to the vehicle. Used by the donor's father or grandfather, probably from 1915 onwards. It was used at Stanton and later at Eastwood, Elmswell.
