About this objectIt has been adapted from a corn measure. There are holes drilled in the sides for the drainage of the whey. No lid or base.
Used by the donor's grandmother, Mrs. Ellen Emily Munnings (mother of Alfred Munnings), at Mendham. Also used by the donor's mother, Mrs. Mary Munnings, at Weybread, and occasionally used by the donor at Fressingfield after her marriage in 1940 .
