There is a lip in the rim on one side and a handle on the opposite rim. There is a carrying handle with an ash grip, which is shaped.
Medium and MaterialsEnamelled tin with Ash grip.
Inscription and MarksThere is a stamp on the base in dotted lines, which is therefore not very clear, but it is apparently a lion holding a shield stamped B, above the word Germany / 42 IN .
MeasurementsThis example measures: Rim diameter: 17.5cms.; Base diameter: 11cms.; Depth: 9.5cms.; Carrying handle rises: 7.5cms.; Rear handle projects: 2.5cms.
