About this objectThe pendant hangs from a brass ring which connects the two sections of the mouthpiece in the centre. A chain with a large brass ring in the centre is attached to the rings by a spring clips at each end - this is the curb chain, which fits under the horse's chin. A short strap is attached to one ring.
