About this objectIt was probably used on the horse's leg, either for warmth, or to support tendons. One end of the bandage is folded over to form a point, to which is attached a strong tape for tying the bandage. The bandage would always be rolled with the tapes at the centre of the roll.
This was used by the donor and his father at their West Bergholt farm during the 1930's or 1940's
