About this objectThis bridle is made from leather with steel and iron fittings and was used by the donor,, circa the 1940s and 50's for a hunter 17 hands, "Haythorn" in the West Bergholt area. It consists of bit, reins (2 pairs), noseband, headstall, cheek strap and throat lash.
