About this objectA beech frame consisting of two upright members with rings for suspension, joined by crossbars above and below, perhaps a carvat rack. Between these are two short pieces swinging by means of screws through the side members about 1/2 inches from the lower end, joined by a plain rod; all other pieces are baluster turned. The rack swings to either side to an angle of about 20 degrees.
