About this objectThe drill consists of a circular drum fixed to a wheel. The drum has 8 triangular apertures through which the seed falls. The drum also has a sliding lid. Behind the drill is a two-pronged fork to cover the seed after sowing. On front of the handle is a spike on a plate. The limbs are horizontal and vertically perforated. The use is unknown.
The drill was used by the donor's father-in-law in c.1938.
