About this objectFastener used to draw together by leverage the two sides of a sheet when packing wool. This fastener consists of a 'T' bar with rollers and 4 spikes and a loose arm also with 4 spikes at the end of a chain which can be attached to a hinged hook on the shaft. The spikes on the 'T' bar are applied to one edge of the skin and have adjustable hooks to the other side.
