About this objectA reaping hook, with an ash handle and iron hook, used to gather up the corn into a sheaf. This tool was used by the donor's grandfather, Charles Cragg, c.1900 and probably more recently on the donor's farm in Chilton. The handle has been scratched with a 'W'.
