About this objectThis horseshoe was made by the donor for a horse with a damaged hoof. It is called a round shoe by the maker. It is for the off-side hind foot. A horizontal clip extending forward from a rear bar holds a pad for dressing. The outer limb has 7 holes and the inner 6 holes and there is a clip at the front.
