Name/TitleWooden plough
About this objectA wooden plough probably used on light or marshy land, which is common with ploughs with wooden breasts. The handle rose from the rear of the body in a curve, and was not a continuation of the body as in the ordinary swing ploughs.
There is a plough of a rather similar form, but with a heavy wooden wheel, in the Netherlands open-air museum at Arnhem.
