About this objectIt had a wooden tray, with a small hole in one corner for water to run out. There is a metal hook underneath near the hole and a sloping bar. Others, such as STMEA:A.1263, operate by turning a handle but this model has a hand-roller (like a huge rolling-pin), it was probably therefore dated earlier.
