About this objectThis was used with a dog cart (STMEA:A.2) at Ixworth Abbey. The collar is made of black leather. The outer pieces of leather are a sort of patent leather, (shiny). The hames appear to be of steel coated in ? brass. The collar is complete with left and right hand 'tugs'-straps attached to the hames and straps at top and bottom securing the hames
