About this objectA foot engine rake, known locally as a cob rake, made of ash with iron braces. The head of the rake is set at 45 degrees to the shaft. The head is bolted to the shaft at the squared section with iron braces. This rake originally consisted of five wooden tines although is now incomplete as three tines are missing.
