About this objectA light brown receipt from Edmund Ward of Stowmarket for a suit , belt, cap, tie , and hose dated June 20 1932. It was found in the 1951 diary kept by Herbert Hart , A farmer, of Haughley Green, detailing his everyday farming life. They show how life and the farming year have changed over the period of 51 years.
These diaries were used by Colin Maurice Hart when writing the booklet entitled "Herbert Hart of Haughley Green, His Life and Times".
