About this objectAn original drawing in black and white mounted in card of a two storied building with weather vane being probably an artists impression of the finished building based on architects' plans. In the bottom left hand corner is a panel with a title of Eastern Counties Dairy Institute. In the right end corner is a plan of the building. Set among trees the front of the building has three gable ends and an imposing portico. There is another gable on the side. A man and a woman are shown with their backs to the front corner.
