About this objectA container having a flanged base with protective webbing, made to be held on the back by straps passing over the shoulders. At the top of it is a large, raised central opening topped by a lift up fitted gauze and lid, surmounted by a folding handle. A small opening near has a screw top. Attached near the bottom of the right hand side is a short vertical cylinder which contains a pump. It is operated by a long angled and forward projecting handle ending in a grip. On the other side is a taller cylinder from the base of which projects a long thick tube which connects with a tube ending in a spray nozzle. A pipe from the pump connects with the container behind the flange and with the left-hand cylinder and thence to the spray nozzle. This object was found by the donor in the attic.
