A single sheet of white paper folded in half and being a reprint from "The Stock Exchange Gazette" of March 28, 1958 under the heading "This is Fisons". The text on the remaining three pages deals mainly with the financial aspects of the company but there are four inserts as follows: "Aide Memoire on Fertilisers", "Diversification", "Subsidiary Companies", "Principal Associated Companies". The leaflet contains reproductions of three photographs: the chairman Sir Clavering Fison, the Felixstowe headquarters, the factory at Immingham.
