Our Green Therapy Summer Course is back this July! Our Green Therapy Summer Course is back this July!

Join us for 8 weeks across our 84-acre estate, helping to develop and restore habitats while connecting with nature and fellow participants. From hands-on growing and gardening to habitat restoration, there's something deeply rewarding about getting your hands in the soil.

Sessions run on Mondays or Wednesdays, 10am–1pm, from the week beginning 13 July to the week beginning 31 August. And to round things off, we'll celebrate together around our wood-fired pizza oven.

This is an outdoor course, so come prepared for all weathers. Layers, waterproofs and thick-soled walking boots or gardening shoes are essential.

Interested? Fill in our sign-up form via the link in bio. 🌱

We welcomed an incredible line-up inside our water We welcomed an incredible line-up inside our watermill for The Watermill Lunch.

Renowned bread lovers and makers, David Wright, baker and author of Breaking Bread, Ben Mackinnon, farmer and founder of @e5bakehouse, and Rebecca Bishop, author, baking teacher and founder of @2magpiesbakery, came together to explore the full story of bread, its history and evolution.

Co-presented with @eafestivaluk, the afternoon wrapped up with a delicious bread-themed lunch. A truly special event as part of our Bread Week in collaboration with @RealBreadCampaign.

First stop was @exalebrewing, and we have exciting news for beer festival fans! They'll be crafting the Food Museum's very own branded beer for the Festival of Beer and Brewing (2–5 July).

From there, we joined @migrationmuseumuk for a fascinating walking tour through the migration history of East London, an experience our Collections and Learning Teams absolutely loved. We're looking forward to working more closely with them in the future — watch this space!

Revolution is coming to Stowmarket 🔥 Jubilant! 20 Revolution is coming to Stowmarket 🔥

Jubilant! 2026 is back and this year, young people from 9 local schools are taking on the theme of Revolution. From photography to theatre performances, students have been working alongside professional artists to create bold, imaginative projects that are anything but ordinary.

Throughout June, their work takes over Stowmarket's cultural venues, turning the town into a vibrant youth arts festival. It all kicks off on Friday 19 June at 12pm in Stowmarket Market Place – and the whole community is invited to come and celebrate what young people can do.

Head to the link in our bio to find out which school's project is featured in which venue.
