Green Therapy Winter Course

Duration: 10 weeks
Dates: Week beginning 19th January through to week beginning 23rd March (inclusive)

Times: 10:00am – 1:00pm

Join us in January for our Green Therapy Winter Course. Working across our beautiful 84-acre estate, you’ll help develop and restore habitats while connecting with nature and fellow participants. Engage in hands-on growing, planting, and habitat restoration work throughout our estate. On challenging weather days, we’ll make use of our comfortable cabin for activities such as compost production, planting herb troughs, and creating handcrafted pegs by whittling sticks.

We’ll mark the end of the course with a celebration event around our wood-fired pizza oven.

This is primarily an outdoor course, so please come prepared for all weather conditions. You will need to dress warmly in layers and wear suitable footwear. Thick-soled walking boots or gardening shoes are essential for your comfort and safety while working outdoors.
