When purchasing a day ticket you can upgrade to an annual pass at no extra cost, which entitles you to unlimited visits to the site for 12 months!
Booking
Tickets can be purchased in our shop on the day of your visit, or online in advance.

Annual pass – for the same price as a day ticket, an annual pass allows re-entry to the museum for 12 months (not including workshops or ticketed events) – click here
Membership – as well as entry to the museum for 12 months, a membership entitles you to free or discounted entry to workshops and events, 10% discount in our shop and more – find out more about our memberships
Membership

Carers
Registered carers are given free entry when visiting with the person they care for. Please see our accessibility information.
Dogs
Dogs on leads are welcome at the museum and in all buildings apart from Abbot’s Hall, Crowe St Cottages, Bone Building and Alton Watermill, with the exception of assistance dogs which are welcome throughout.
Concessions
The concessionary discount to admissions applies to visitors of state pension age and above (currently 66)
