About this objectA 1/4 lb weight. This object is one of a complete set of nine different weights, all of varying sizes and materials (ranging from 4 lbs to 1/4 oz). The weights came with a set of iron scales. At the base of the scales is an integral tray with sections for storing the weights in their correct sequence. The scales also came with a separate, oblong tray and all of the items were given to the donor by the daughter of the village policeman.
