Sunday 4 October, 10AM–1PM
This season we’re celebrating one of Britain’s most influential food writers, the late Jane Grigson, a champion of traditional recipes who brought back forgotten foods and helped change the way we eat.
Join popular Suffolk cookery teacher Linda Duffin of Mrs Portly’s Kitchen to make one of Mrs Grigson’s delicious recipes: raised pies made with lamb, in a hot-water crust. You’ll learn classic techniques and take home your own pies to enjoy, using lamb reared here at the Museum.
