Using seasonal orchard fruit, this workshop will teach you the art of harvest preserves. Under the careful direction of food waste advocate and preserving expert Rowen Halstead, you’ll visit the Museum’s heritage orchard before making fruit preserves to take away in our fabulous Demonstration Kitchen.
