From glistening plum jam to ruby-pink quince paste to classic apple jelly, this workshop will teach you the basics of making fruit preserves using seasonal orchard fruits.

Surrounded by our inspiring Forty Farms exhibition in the gallery kitchen, this is a unique opportunity to explore the past, present and future of preserving food, as well as taking home some delicious homemade produce.
