Meat the Future tastings

Demonstration times 11am – 1pm & 1.30pm – 3.30pm

In the Bone Building’s kitchen, you’ll be able to taste a variety of recipes inspired by our exhibition Meat the Future.

We will be showcasing recipes and cuisines from around the world that use alternative proteins, edible insects and local sustainable produce. The menu will vary with the seasons and will use produce from the Food Museum site where possible.

Free with admission/membership. Suitable for all ages
